Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking a package or service with us.
1. Bookings & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance payment. Full payment is due as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed with an advance payment. Quoted rates are not valid for peak or super peak travel dates; revised rates for such dates will be shared separately. Hotels may also levy Christmas/New Year supplements directly, payable locally and not included in the package price.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel and vary by package, hotel, and airline policies. Any refund due will be processed within a reasonable time after deducting applicable cancellation charges. Amounts paid to third parties (airlines, hotels, homestay partners) are refundable only to the extent those parties refund us.
3. Itinerary Changes
Itineraries are planned in advance but may need to change due to weather, local conditions, transport delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to offer a comparable alternative when this happens.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification, travel documents, and any visas required for their trip. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
5. Liability
We act as an agent for hotels, transport operators, and other service providers, and are not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, or defaults. We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
